TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (RQF) 

The TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (RQF) is designed for learners who work as teachers, trainers and tutors in further education, adult and community learning or work-based training within public, private, voluntary or community organisations and are looking to prepare to teach in a wide range of contexts.

  • KHDA-Endorsed at UAE Emirates Framework Level 6
  • Equivalent to Level 7 PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
  • Internationally accredited by the Ministry of Education and the UK

It is suitable for individuals who want a qualification that focuses on practical teaching including: Planning and developing schemes of work; Delivering learning sessions; Developing teaching and learning strategies; Assessment practices

NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma

The Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) prepares learners to become Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. As the leading Awarding Organisation in the care sector we have surpassed the minimum requirements set out in the Full and Relevant Criteria to develop a qualification which reflects the priorities of practitioners and employers to meet the needs of young children.

Opportunities: Upon achievement of this qualification learners will gain their licence to practise and it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators. Learners can progress into various job roles in the statutory, voluntary or private sectors such as: Assistant in Children’s Centres, Practitioner in nursery schools, Practitioner in reception classes in primary schools and Pre-school worker.

CACHE Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health, Social care and Children & Young people's services

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge needed to manage practice and lead others in adult health and social care provision or in children and young people’s services. The Management pathway is suitable for Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers working in day or domiciliary services who are looking to progress their career. It is also appropriate for Managers who have not yet achieved a qualification at this level. It has five pathways - three for adults and two for children and young people which cover a wide range of topics including:

  • Safeguarding and protection
  • Developing and carrying out policy
  • Managing care services, change programmes and recruitment
  • Promoting and developing best practice
  • Supporting development and partnership working
  • Care management
  • Quality systems and improvement

Opportunities: On completion learners can progress to a wide range of job roles depending on the pathway taken. They can also progress to a degree in a related discipline. The following list is not all inclusive, but gives a glimpse of the opportunities available in either adult or children and young people’s settings: Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Care Broker, Case Manager, Senior Support Worker, Day Care Manager and Residential Care Manager.
